Alabama XL Leadership Academy
Program Overview
The Alabama XL Leadership Academy is a premier leadership development experience designed specifically for leaders in out-of-school time, afterschool, summer learning, and expanded learning programs across Alabama.
Participants will engage in leadership institutes, virtual learning sessions, mentorship opportunities, state and national networking, and a capstone leadership project.
Completed applications must be submitted in PDF format via email no later than Aug. 21, 2026.
